✅ What Our Guarantee Covers

If your puppy is diagnosed with a genetic or congenital health issue within the first 12 months from the date of adoption, you will be eligible for a replacement puppy of equal value from the next available litter.

📋 Terms of the Guarantee

• A licensed veterinarian must confirm the diagnosis in writing.

• The condition must be clearly life-threatening or severely impact the puppy’s long-term health.

• The original puppy must be returned to us in good care.

• No cash refunds will be issued — only replacement puppies.

This guarantee does not cover:

• Injuries or illnesses caused by neglect or poor care

• Conditions resulting from an improper environment

• Routine vet care, vaccinations, deworming, or common minor conditions
